WeForms and WordPress Forms: do you have a WordPress site? and would you like to start creating forms?
There is a faster way of doing it.
WHO I AM AND WHAT I AM DOING
My name is Vittoria and, not long ago I decided to start a new blog. I was rather new and I had no previous experience in creating a WordPress site as well as creating WordPress Forms.
I have built a blog with nearly 100 articles in a few months, learned a lot about WordPress and how to build websites, using plugins to make websites more functionals.
I like to write product reviews of products I have used or I am using. I am finally about to create my first new digital product. In a few months with some dedication, I have filled the site with nearly 100 articles and fixed pages around the topic of making money online, the best tools to use to create a website, email marketing, affiliate programs, Web Hosting, and online courses platforms.
WHY I WAS IN SEARCH OF A FORM BUILDER PLUGIN
Along the way, I had t search for plugins to help me build the website, including WordPress Forms plugins. I needed a form for subscriptions, to ask people to contact me in the main. But also to leave me feedback and ask me questions as needed.
Actually, forms are very important on a website, it is the way to get in touch with the audience and have them perform different actions like the one I was looking for.
Those actions can be: contact you, leave feedback, pay, submit articles and more.
A website without form is a one-way flow only in the direction of the reader with no possibility to interact.
What is a WordPress form?
A form in general is a printed document with blank spaces for information to be inserted.
On a website is a digital form. Here is an example of a form on this website:
This is an example of a subscription form. People can leave their information and subscribe to news, newsletters and more.
HOW I FOUND weForms AND WHY I HAVE CHOSEN IT
I started looking around for different plugins that allow forms building and doing the research I encountered weForms. I found it weForms searching for contact forms plugins inside my WordPress Dashboard.
I was attracted by the modern look of the website and the easy and fast way to create forms. Very intuitive. I do not like complicated, difficult and long processes, especially as I am not very familiar with coding and WordPress technicalities.
I like to have an easy and fast way to create forms. Even though weForms is not around for a long time, they have for sure a very competitive product.
HOW weForms HELPED (AND STILL HELPS ME) TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL
First of all, already the free version of the plugin allows collecting subscriptions and there are no limits to the use.
It has been easy to install, activate and it is very fast.
Go into the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugin, then Add New and type WeForms. One it comes up, click on Install Now then on Activate.
There it is:
If you had already forms made from other plugins, you have even the option to import them.
EASY TO USE
It has been a real pleasure to use weForms because of the ease to get forms created.
Go to All Forms and click on ADD FORMS:
Beautiful templates are coming up to choose from:
I clicked on ” Contact Form” which is the one I use the most.
Once I clicked on it, I am going to this page where I can customize the form, integrate it with email services and so on.
Once I made the adjustments I need here is how the form looks like in preview:
Beautiful, nice and clean. It took me only a few clicks and 5 minutes to create it. This is what I was really looking for especially having little interest and time in learning to code.
WHY SHOULD YOU PICK UP weForms
WeForms and WordPress Forms: If you are new to WordPress and starting with a low budget, you can start for free with WeForms.
WeForms is professional-looking, easy to install, easy to get started with building forms ( just a few clicks). You just need to be able to click and follow a few instructions. There are no bugs and complications on the way.
It is also very affordable. When you grow your site and start to have more needs, there are more options/features and integrations available with the paid plans. The paid plans are rather convenient if compared to other plugins.
Already the free plans include illimited forms and templates, and email integration with Mail Poet.
If you need also payments options, those are available with the Professional plan, which can be used with 3 websites.
On the other side, the personal plan is only $39 per year. If you have the chance to look around to other plugins, this by far, for what is offered in such a professional way, it is a very competitive price.
